Cinnamon Yogurt Fruit Dip

Ingredients

1 Cup (250 mL) Yogurt, plain

1 Tbsp (15 mL) Honey or maple syrup

½ tsp (2.5 mL) Cinnamon

¼ tsp (1.2 mL) Vanilla

Fruit, to serve

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Taste, and adjust honey, vanilla or cinnamon as desired.
