Are you ready to join in for the Emera Blue Nose Marathon? Team Nourish Nova Scotia members are lacing up for a weekend full of fun, community, and unforgettable memories, all in support of Nourish Nova Scotia. In 2015, we joined the Blue Nose Giv’er Charity Challenge for the first time. Since then, we’ve raised over $88,000 through participation in 9 races!
Help us keep the momentum going as we raise funds that support healthy food programs through advocacy, capacity building and food literacy for young people in Nova Scotia so they are well-nourished to live, learn, and play.
Registration is now open and here’s how you can get involved:
Join Team Nourish Nova Scotia, or create your own team - with friends, family, co-workers, or neighbours.
How to Join in Today
1. Sign In to Race Roster – Input your name and email or log in through Facebook
2. Select Event – Our team is Team Nourish Nova Scotia; enter your information*
*If you don't already have a Race Roster account you will be prompted to create one.
3. Choose How to Participate*
Join our Team!
In the Team section of the form, select “yes, add to another existing team” and select Nourish Nova Scotia from the drop down.
Create a Sub-Team!
In the Team section of the form, select "create a new team." Add your team’s name (e.g. "[Your Group/Business Name] for Nourish"). Under "do you want to set preferred fundraising organization(s) for this team?" select Nourish Nova Scotia from the drop down.
Join a Sub-Team!
In the Team section, select “yes, add to another existing team” and choose [Your Group/Business Name for Nourish] from the drop down.
*You can also participate virtually - walk, hike, swim or bike instead!
5. Agree to Terms & Conditions – select all the boxes
6. Donate – Make a donation to start your fundraising or click continue to move ahead without donating
7. Pay – Insert your billing information and pay
8. Join #TeamNourish at the Emera Blue Nose Marathon
