Membership of the NS-CHSF is comprised of stakeholders, advocates and champions for school food, (for example: organizations, individuals, government bodies, and non-profit organizations) with the exception of for-profit entities.

There are two tiers of involvement: 

Steering Committee: Acts as the key decision-making body, advises the workplan and supports implementation activities.
General Member: Provides feedback to the Steering Committee and is called upon for specific tasks to support regional activities.

This form is to apply for General Membership. The Steering Committee will reach out to the General Members to fill space on the committee as needed.
