No-Bake Energy Bites
Yield: 20 balls
Ingredients
1 Cup (250 mL) Oatmeal, large flake rolled oats
½ Cup (125 mL) Sunflower butter
⅓ Cup (80 mL) Honey
1 Cup (250 mL) Coconut flakes, unsweetened
½ Cup (125 mL) Ground flaxseed
½ Cup (125 mL) Dried unsweetened fruit (such as cranberries, blueberries or raisins)
1 tsp (5 mL) Vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour to allow for a firmer texture.
Roll into bite size balls and refrigerate.
