Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

  • Rice cake rounds

  • “Pizza” sauce; examples:

    • Plain Greek yogurt

    • Seed or soy butter

  • "Pizza" toppings; examples:

    • Fresh sliced fruit, like strawberries or bananas

    • Unsweetened dried fruit, like cranberries or blueberries

    • Unsweetened shredded coconut

  • Honey for drizzling (optional)

Directions

  1. On each rice cake round, spread 1-2 Tbsp of chosen “pizza” sauce.

  2. Add desired “pizza” toppings.

  3. Drizzle with optional honey, and enjoy!
