Cucumber Raita

Ingredients
1 Cup plain yogurt (2% or Greek)
1/2 Onion
1/2 Cucumber
¼ Cup (60 mL) Cilantro
1⁄8 tsp (0.5 mL) Chilli powder
¼ Cup (60 mL) Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Directions
Place yogurt in a medium bowl.
Chop the onion and cilantro and grate the cucumber. Add to the bowl.
Add lemon juice, spices, and salt. Mix well.
Serve chilled alongside pita, raw carrots and cucumbers, or as a condiment for spicy dishes.
