Ingredients

  • 1 Cup (250 mL) Oatmeal, large flake rolled oats
  • ½ Cup (125 mL) Sunflower butter
  • ⅓ Cup (80 mL) Honey
  • 1 Cup (250 mL) Coconut flakes, unsweetened
  • ½ Cup (125 mL) Ground flaxseed
  • ½ Cup (125 mL) Dried unsweetened fruit (such as cranberries, blueberries or raisins)
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour to allow for a firmer texture.

  3. Roll into bite size balls and refrigerate.

  4. Enjoy!
