We inspire and equip young people in Nova Scotia to learn about food and transform the food systems around them. We do this through food literacy programs, capacity building, and advocacy - across school and community settings.

Our role in school food includes working in partnership to support advocacy, capacity building, food literacy, and fund development.

Our Food Skills workshops offer youth engaging, hands-on experiences that promote independence and confidence in choosing and preparing nourishing meals.

Our professional learning series promotes creating supportive food environments and positive food experiences with youth.

We provide funding for youth-led and youth focused food initiatives across Nova Scotia. We also partner with Provincial and National organizations to share funding opportunities that align with our program areas.
