Garlic Sesame Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 16 Brussels sprouts
  • 3 Tbsp (45 mL) Oil
  • 3 Tbsp (45 mL) Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. Bring a large pot of water with a teaspoon of salt to boil.

  3. Add the sprouts and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Cool them immediately in very cold water.

  5. Split them in half and lay in a baking pan with the oil, salt and pepper.

  6. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, then add the garlic and sesame seeds to the pan and give it a stir. Roast for another 15 minutes, remove from oven and toss with apple cider vinegar.

  7. Check seasoning and serve.
