Ingredients

  • 1 Cup (250 mL) Yogurt, plain
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp (2.5 mL) Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp (1.2 mL) Vanilla
  • Fruit, to serve

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Taste, and adjust honey, vanilla or cinnamon as desired.
