Smoothie Pops
Yield: 2-4 servings
Ingredients
1 Cup (250 mL) Frozen fruit of your choice
¼ Cup (60 mL) Plain yogurt
¼ Cup (60 mL) Orange juice
½ tsp (3 mL) Pure vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, until super smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds or paper cups, and insert spoons or popsicle sticks.
Put popsicles in the freezer for at least two hours.
