Cranberry Granola
Ingredients
2 Cups (480 mL) Rolled Oats
½ Cup (120 mL) Liquid honey
½ Cup (120 mL) Flax meal (sub oat bran or wheat germ)
2 tsp 10 mL) Vanilla extract
1 tsp (5 mL) Cinnamon
¼ tsp (1.25 mL) Salt
¼ Cup (60 mL) Canola oil
1 Cup (240 mL) Dried cranberries, unsweetened
Optional: ½ Cup (120 mL) Seeds (such as pumpkin or sunflower)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350.
In a medium bowl mix ingredients except cranberries and seeds (if using) together.
Bake for 10 minutes. Pull from oven, mix and add in cranberries and seeds if using.
Bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
