Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups (375 mL) Rolled oats
  • ½ Cup (125 mL) Sunbutter (or other nut butter)
  • ½ Cup (125 mL) Pumpkin puree
  • ¼ Cup (60 mL) Chia seeds
  • ¼ Cup (60 mL) Honey
  • 1 tsp (5mL) Vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ Cup (125 mL) Dried fruit or coconut

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour to allow for a firmer texture.

  3. Roll into bite size balls and refrigerate.
