Ingredients

  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • ½ Cup (125 mL) Frozen strawberries, thawed slightly
  • ¼ Cup (60 mL) Plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp (20 mL) Milk or orange juice

Directions

  1. Put ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

  • Tip: No blender? No problem! This recipe can be made in a zip-lock bag. Add ingredients to bag and squeeze to mash with your hands.
