Ingredients
1 Banana, sliced
½ Cup (125 mL) Frozen strawberries, thawed slightly
¼ Cup (60 mL) Plain yogurt
2 Tbsp (20 mL) Milk or orange juice
Directions
Put ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
Tip:
No blender? No problem! This recipe can be made in a zip-lock bag. Add ingredients to bag and squeeze to mash with your hands.
