Ingredients

2 Large, whole wheat tortillas

½ Cup (125 mL) Pizza sauce

½ Cup (125 mL) Mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ Cup (125 mL) Finely chopped veggies

1 Tbsp (15 mL) Olive oil

2 tsp (10 mL) Dried oregano or basil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Next, spread pizza sauce evenly on tortillas, and top with cheddar cheese.

  3. Add finely chopped veggies of your choice.

  4. Roll up the wrap and brush roll ups with olive oil.

  5. Sprinkle with oregano or basil to taste.

  6. Toast in oven for 5 minutes.

  7. Cool and enjoy!
